We started with a crazy idea, a passion for freedom, and a hatred for Bill Gates and Black Rock monopolizing America’s lands. From that, Heritage Frontiersman Capital developed Easement-Backed Digital Assets.
These are non-fungible tokens collateralized to easement grants allowing the holder of the NFT an “easement” over all properties under that NFTs series for hunting and fishing. This turns the easement grant into a type of hunting and fishing lease that can be bought, sold, held, passed down to children, or given away as a gift by transfer of ownership of the NFT.
This financial-technological development has allowed Heritage Frontiersman Capital, for the first time in history, to turn access to America’s great outdoors into an asset.
Non-Fungible Tokens
Heritage Frontiersman Capital utilizes Non-Fungible Token technology collateralized to easement grants, which allow the holder access to all lands under that NFT series, to allow for hunting and fishing across our properties nation wide
Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs) are digital assets, like an online trading card or piece of artwork, who’s ownership is tracked on a public ledger on the blockchain.
In this case, your Heritage Voyager NFT is a digital token, held in a crypto wallet that on top of being a digitally tradable asset, is also linked to an easement grant-giving you access to an “easement” over all the waterfront lands owned by Heritage Frontiersman Voyager L.L.C, a subsidiary of Heritage Frontiersman Capital L.L.C who acts as the initial “Grantee” on the easement grant until the grant is transferred to you by way of minting or purchasing your Voyager NFT.
This allows for not only capitalist investment into the very traditions of America, but creates an opportunity for free market conservationism as lands and waters held under our NFT profiles will never be developed for industrial or commercial use.
National Fishing Club
Our Flagship NFT series, Heritage Voyager National Fishing Club, will give holders access to a nationwide portfolio of private fishing locations purchased with the proceeds from NFT sales.
New series of Heritage Voyager NFTs will be issued over time with a reducing ratio of new members allowed to new fishing lands purchased in order to prevent overcrowding or over harvesting of fish.
A 7% royalty fee is deducted every time a current holder sells which goes into developing current, and purchasing new properties for holders to make use of.
